UNIT VII - PROJECT ASSIGNMENT

Tourism as the main industry of many of the small Caribbean islands see many tourist visiting from USA, Canada and the UK. One of the main initiatives of the Tourism Ministry is Staycation, where locals are encouraged to vacation at home instead of overseas.  Over the years there has been a decline of visitor arrivals from these major ports. As a result many of the small resort are facing financial difficulties and may close sending home many of its employees.

Part 1 - to make a presentation of an exciting planned vacation for your teachers. Presentation should include all the necessary information for individuals to make an informed choice.
  

Part 2 - assist one of the closing resorts to revive and keep its doors open by comparing activities from a resort from one of the major tourism market to the local resort and provide the local resort with recommendations to improve their occupancy rate and promoting their resort.
